it says not to stop immediately but use a lower dosage for a while. i am curious if that new doctor will prescribe clonazepam.
i fell again. i went to close a window and didn't turn on a light so hit a table with my foot .for a while couldn't get up. got really scared but it is much better now.

Sorry to read about all the prescription mess up. How annoying.

Bobby, you seem to get the stomach aches a lot and I wondered if you ever have found something that helps you with that. Is it related to anything in particular that you've noticed? Like taking your tablets without food, or a particular type of food, or is it really all from when you get upset and anxious?

Great that you ordered your vit D. It's so important.

take care and I hope you don't have anymore falls or near falls.

yes i hurt myself again out of carelessness. i worry that i am going to become an invalid. right now i don't like salads. i like guacamole but not plain avocadoes. right now i don't like meat or chicken or fish. i found out yesterday i don't like cookies. i like cheese but that is fattening. i bought a lot of cottage cheese and i love coffee i don't know what to order. i also like ice cream. because i am a diabetic i don't have pasta or stuff or rice.
love

i have ibs-c. when my best friend suri died of cancer after three and years of fighting cancer it has left a gapping hole in me that hasn't left. then i got ibs. I have been having stomach aches since. i also get stomach aches when i am especially stressed or angry. i hardly have friends now. i am dropping another one because she gave me such pains to my stomach.
that is upsetting. she is a good person but so self absorbed. she keeps on repeating that she had a 14 room apartment on park ave and keeps on repeating how many times she has gone to different countries. She complains how awful her adult children are but of course won't admit that she had something to do with it.
there is really nothing they can do for ibs. my chronic constipation started when i took medication that causes constipation.
i have such a lonely and have a poor quality of life besides being bipolar.now i am so angry at myself because right now i feel detached from the people suffering so much from the storm and the people in Afghanistan.
fondly

Depression and Anger
During depression you feel down and sad, but it’s also possible to get irritated and experience intense anger. With depression and angry, aggressive emotions, differences are typically divided by gender and age.

Children, teens, and men are more likely to experience anger as a sign of depression than adult women. That said, it is possible for women to get angry or irritable when depressed as well. And anger with depression is more common than people once realized. A study that surveyed thousands of patients found that two-thirds experienced some degree of anger and irritability, and half of them described these feelings as moderate or severe.

News about anxiety comes from the University of California, Berkeley where researchers found that after a night of no sleep, brain scans showed a shutdown of the part of the brain that normally keeps anxiety in check. A good night’s sleep has the opposite effect, the study found, one that decreases anxiety overnight by reorganizing connections in the brain, according to study senior author Matthew Walker, a Berkeley professor of neuroscience and psychology.

i don't sleep well.
