I think you realize I'm not getting to the end of your threads.
I sure wish I were before I would add things sometimes.

I was hoping you would enjoy the ice cream. SOunds like you didn't
try.

i have had such a stressful day. my stomach really aches and i have so much trouble getting around my studio. ,my electrical bill was higher and i saw that dr bergman raised his rates without telling me and the pharmacy didn't pick up the pills so i finally called them around five and they said to keep the pills and they would charge me 20 dollars. i checked my credit website and it hadn't been posted yet/ i have had a stomach ache all day and during the night. i can't sleep.

I'm so sorry to read about your day and that you're still awake there.
I wish I could suggest something to help with your tummy ache, but I honestly don't know what to suggest. It's been so bad lately it worries me and I think you need to talk to your doctor about it soon Bobby. I think I read that you should perhaps get a new doctor in an earlier post. You can't go on like that and getting no sleep either. That's awful.

It's tea time here where I live on Tuesday evening. Dinner time. Supper time. Depends where you live I guess. I had a big day today myself. I had a very long recovery time from my 1st AstraZeneca vaccine and they had to postpone my regular infusion treatment I get for melanoma. I had it today after the break so I'm tired tonight but made yummy dinner and watching something on the computer.

I'm not sure if I ever mentioned but I live in cane fields. It's harvest time here but the farmers have been expecting lots of early rain this year so they arrive at 3.15am every night/morning and rev up the harvesters and the tractors with the bins and cut the cane with headlights in the dark. It's a little surreal.

I hope you can get back to sleep soon. Thinking of you there.

thank you so much. i was going to delete most of what had written. i belong to an english blog for ibs and am always looking for ideas. they all say the doctors are useless. my doctor couldn't help me. lately i have had a lot of anger and too much stress which are triggers.
i got into a better mood but i really bruised my leg. i am reading a book that i am enjoying and for a while aby and i were head bumping and i am listening to andrea bocelli who has been blind since about 12. he is a daredevil.
i am so sorry about your reaction to the vaccine. i didn't know you had melanoma. how long have you had it. how often do you have to have treatment for it? does the treatment hurt.
it must be so nice to live where you live. do the farmers wake you up? so great you had a yummy dinner. what was it? do you love to cook?
take good care of yourself.
fondly

How Common is IBS? IBS is a very common disorder and scientific tests show that about 10% to 15% of people in the United States have it. IBS is more common in women with almost twice as many women having it than men.
Symptoms: Constipation; Abdominal pain; Diarrhea.

Answer – Nausea is a common symptom reported by patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). In one of our studies conducted at UCLA, we found that about 4 out of 10 women (38%) with IBS and nearly 3 out of 10 men (27%) with IBS report nausea. Nausea may be due to several causes.

I hope your leg heals fast. Arnica is good for bruises but is a little expensive here.

I do love to cook but now tht I'm eating vegetarian, I cook differently from how I used to cook. Today I made spaghetti (the really thin one) for a change. Was craving it. I usually use a lentil spaghetti but not today. Today was regular old spaghetti. As you know I don't eat meats so I roasted some capsicum (peppers red) and chopped them up into a tomato sauce. onion, garlic tomatoes, red peppers, basil and baby spinach. Then had garlic bread with it and I eat a little cheese so I just grated some regular cheese on top. Lots of yummy badness.

The treatment I'm on didn't agree with the vaccine. It's called immunotherapy and is not like chemotherapy. It teaches my immune system to fight off the bad cells. I was diagnosed a few years ago and had a couple of surgeries but then it spread and was very bad so I'm stage 4 since around December in 2019. I've been on this new treatment though for 20 months. 1 treatment every 3 weeks. I am doing really well. I'm an excellent responder but yes, the side effects hurt. It's ramped up my immune system, so lots of aches and pains and stuff but I am doing very, very well.

Farmers do wake me up but it's only for a short time in the year. My daughter and I moved here for her work but we miss where we used to live. That was in the country too.

You take care there too Bobby. I was reading up on the IBS and particularly about how stress and anxiety affect it. It sounds very uncomfortable but I'm glad I replied and it sounds as if you're doing a little bettter. That is good.

p.s. I think that pasta sauce would be far too rich for your tummy Bobby.

Gotta head off to horizontal now . You take care and we'll talk soon.

p.p.s.Even though I'm in the country, I'm actually right by the ocean too. Not close enough though. I can't hear it and I wish I could.

i am so happy you are responding well to your treatment. i am so sorry you suffer from the treatment. you sound so positive i know that helps a lot. i hope they give you something for your pain.
you dinner sounds really yummy. my stomach can't take tomato sauce anymore.
arnica isn't expensive on amazon. i wonder how often you go to look at the ocean.
that is wonderful to be so close.

i can't wait til wednesday. i will find if my therapist agency's psychiatrist will see me. she takes medicare and i would save over 1000 dollars which i spend on my current one. i am so worried about money and that contributes to my anxiety. the clonozepam 2 mg twice a day is no longer working. i don't know yet if the higher dose of aplenzin will work .
