My a1c is usually right around 6.7 I think never over 7. I honestly don't remember exactly. But to tell you the truth your 6.6 is really good. My doctor or
nurse practioneer would say great job. And keep it up girl.

Just so you know. They tell me that anything under 7 is good. Mine has
gone over 7 before but its been years. So I just try my best to keep it under
7.

I use either sweet n low or something like that. But its only in tea. I was
going to put a second thing. But couldn't think of anything.

eat what you want girl. Just moderation.

thanks so much. i will another blood test in october.
i feel so very old and helpless. i took a bath and had a little trouble getting in and out without falling. i have been catastrophizing. i had trouble with my computer. the building is joining another management and we will stop getting the bulk rate for spectrum. now instead 85 dollars they want close 160 dollars. i need some information to try to bargain with them. i have to get information from management.
i am just anxiety ridden and will try to sleep soon and listen to music. i had the worse stomach ache but it is getting better. i am so angry at linda. she hasn't returned my call. i am getting more upset again for cecilia's death.

i just called cecilia's dentist office to tell them that cecilia died. she had an appt in september. my mood is fluctuating so much.

I'm guessing they were sorry to hear the news. But also glad you
let them know. IF they are like the dentist around here. They
are having lots of trouble getting everyone that wants in. In.

the dentist is really great and I got him through cecilia.i have to have my few teeth cleaned ever 3 or 4 months.

I am no where near being diabetic.
Having gained all of this weight,
I wonder what it is now.
every thing came out normal I ask specifically

about the vit d level which was 39 which is not'
acceptable, it should be between 50-60.
I was going back on to my 5,ooo units.
my bone density came back at osteopnea.

that is okay. great about your a1c. i have vitamin but i have a hard time remembering to take it. linda is my friend from babyhood. she lives in mass.

i am just so stressed out and anxious and still have a stomach ache. i worry so much about money. i am going to try to save money by having a lot of low sodium soup. i was thinking about cutting out the tv since i just found out that i will have to pay a lot more soon. but finally decided not to. i could have been married three times but because of my bipolar they would have been disasters. now i have more than enough books and clothes.
now i might have to pay insurance for my rental. flood insurance would be about 500 and i already had two floods from my terrace. the building paid a lot to clean my rugs. i don't know if they would continue. years ago i was told that the terrace was their property. i tried a lot of research yesterday with no results. i told my caseworker and i just decided to ask my congress woman for help.
what a mess. i also have had to pay a lot more because of ac.

i got an answer from senator's office about insurance. i was so relieved. the network solution sent me a confusing email about something i didn't want.
at first i thought they were referring to my website.

as soon as i got up i started doing things. that helps my waking depression.
i probably going to buy renter's insurance. my friend joyce told me to. for 15000 coverage with 500 deductible cheap.
my friend kathy whom i know since 5th grade said that she would little walks with me. how nice of her. marci i still one bad black and on my thigh but finally i am walking better. tonite starts the holiest time for jews.
