I probably worded my post incorrectly by saying "3 monthly". I meant 1 every 3 months.

Then CT every 3 months as well and PET scan at this time is once per year. I had 5 brain tumours (mets) and had them removed and they are on the lookout for their return. Other mets in axilla, lung, mediastinum (chest bone area lymph nodes) all gone too and never came back so it's CT for them every 3 months for 2 years and then if all good, then it'll be every 6 months.

I do worry a lot about the contrasts but particularly the radiation from the CT a lot. However, it has to be done. In the beginning when they found the brain mets, I had 2. It was organized for me to do the travel to the capital over 1000 miles away and by the time I got there they had multiplied to 5, so that was from 2 to 5 in 2 weeks. I'll have results by midday tmro. I'm optimistic.

Grow some Jasmine in with the other herbs as it's very calming. I use Jasmine oil for stress/anxiety. Didn't work today, so I needed some IV Midazolam LOL. That helped. It's the only time I ever feel a little relaxed.

btw bizi "Feel the fear and do it anyway". That's a book I own.
what hell you have been going through. i hadn't understood. you are so brave. definitely keep us posted.

Bobby

This is something that maybe Marci could help you set up.
If you got the things. And she then helped you set up.

aby turned on the ac again. i don't know when she did it. at first i didn't look and thought it was outdoor noise. later i finally looked and it was on. i didn't wake depressed and i didn't have a stomach ache.
i have to somehow cover the button that turns it on or unplug it. such a little devil.

You might even be able to turn it on low. So it doesn't exactly come
on. And I'm glad Robert fixed the printer.

i know i am having too much fiber. i had a lot of split pea soup for dinner and lentil soup for lunch. i am nauseated etc.i guess i should basically drink low sodium chicken noodle soup and eggs. my ibs doesn't help.
i still haven't heard from management about the bathtub. that is stress.
after robert fixed the printer i asked him about meat for danny. he said he would take a rain check. i told him i had treats and i told him where. he saw all the treats and he acted like a little kid in a candy store. i told they were all for danny when he visited. he was so thrilled and took a few bags home.
i have been going to bed really early. i just haven't been feeling well. last night i went to bed at seven.

Bobby

I know you are eating all the soup for trying to lose weight but I
think you need to eat something else at least one or two days a week
so that your body is feeling better too. I think eating all the soup is
part of the reason you aren't feeling good. So please work on figuring
out something else you can eat. Also all the doctor's have told Derrick
meats are good for him too eat. Especially red meat and chicken.

Not exactly Fried chicken, but but grilled. If it were to be a fried type
you can take the skin off.

I have irritable bowel syndrome with constipation. I got IBS when my beloved and best friend Suri died of breast cancer it will be two years in December. She and her family had moved to Israel and she was diagnosed 3 1/2 years before she died. we always spoke on the phone at least once a week. she even visited me when she came to New York even one of her daughters visited me twice. i keep in contact with her now.
I have been suffering with IBS all this time. It has gotten worse. now most things don't appeal to me and i am looking for easily digestible food. i also have diabetes.
i have read a lot that red meat isn't good for you. i do get chinese food once a week.that appeals to me. i have high blood pressure so i have to watch my sodium intake. i just read cottage cheese has high sodium and regular cheese adds to my constipation. a lot of vegetables are bad for ibs.

i heard from my senator's office and she contacted directly with the assistant property management and it sound as if they will install a grab bar and the i can use the bathtub again
my anxiety is so high but i am not depressed today. i still can't believe that Cecilia is dead. she lived right down the hall from me for over 50 years.
love and thanks
