when marci was here it would be allowed. I am beginning to think I better start using my recumbent bike to try to strengthen my legs first. Yesterday's little fall really discouraged me big time. I fell down when I simply got off the computer chair which has wheels. it is not the easiest chair to get off of. My leg gave out. i always hold on with both hands because it moves a little and I am always careful. I was thinking of taking a bath the next time Marci was here but now after yesterday I will still just take sponge bathes. I have never showered and sitting on a chair sounds awful. i would still have to face getting out of the tub which is the problem. not afraid of getting in the tub.
I think i am going to start washing my hair in the sink rather than using the sponge.
love,
bobby

BIG NEWS. i sleep for six hours and it was uninterrupted sleep. Now I don't think it was a coincidence. I think it was the GEODON.

Can Geodon help you sleep?
Results: Ziprasidone significantly increased total sleep time, sleep efficiency, percentage of sleep stage 2, and slow wave sleep; decreased the number of awakenings; and significantly affected tonic and phasic REM sleep parameters, i.e., it decreased percentage of REM and REM density and profoundly increased REM ...

Bizi I wonder if you want to read up on it since you need help with sleep. It also helps with bipolar mania and is a mood stabilizer and is almost weight neutral.
love
bobby

Why Is REM Sleep Important?
REM sleep plays a significant role in helping your brain consolidate and process new information. This information is then retained in your long-term memory. REM sleep also helps to ensure better mental concentration and mood regulation, two things that are critical to both your daily work performance and overall quality of life.

The negative effects from lack of REM sleep are serious: Without this critical sleep stage, your immune system could be weakened, you may experience pain more deeply, and the growth of new healthy cells and tissue in the body might be blocked. Poor REM sleep may be due to sleep disorders such as insomnia or obstructive sleep apnea, which causes you to wake during the night

Does clonazepam interfere with REM sleep?
Clonazepam (Klonopin) is highly effective in the treatment of REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD), relieving symptoms in nearly 90% of patients with little evidence of tolerance or abuse.Oct 24, 2019

Red face

yes bobby, I used to take geodon but after15 years on it it quit working.
I needed a medication change so that is why I was hospitalized.
It took a long time to get normalized on different meds. I was taking 80mg twice a day. then they cold turkey took me off of it. I knew the with drawl would be difficult. and it was so I really liked geodon and was on it for a long time. It is a good medication.

Bobby

I hope you can get the falling worked out. I wont sit on a chair
that slides or moves because of falling. I always make sure
my chair is a flat sitting one. I don't even like one of the computer
ones that are moving. Because of this.
