My computer finally caught up with all your threads on here. I was
just saying try to keep your A/C on as much as you can. Like last
night it got really cold at Derrick's we turned his off and down.

It wasn't needed. And I'm sure its still not on now. I'm home.

i think you missed the point. of course i would be an idiot not to have the ac on when i don't need to. i think it is going to be a hot summer and I am terrified about money. even last night i dreamt about money.
yesterday my ibs-c was horrible. i had nausea and stomach ache all day and night. i am afraid to eat. stress makes it worse. i lost five pounds.

my anxiety is through the roof. my ibs is awful. my stomach really hurts. i still have problems walking. one foot really hurts. i just threw out a lot of food
I am going to stop meals on wheels. the thought of them makes me nauseated. i feel so much anger. i can't deal with it. eventually i will have some hard boiled eggs. my balance is off again. i don't like using the stove because of my pst. i am really frightened of fire and being burnt again. my bipolar is getting worse which is making my ibs worse.
my friend linda got her pathology came back fine thank God. one of her sons has ibs but his medication works. she told me a funny story. she was ten or twelve and her father visited her at camp. she knew how to ride a horse but her father never tried it. on a visit she told him to try it. he got on a very old big horse and then one leg went down and then fell completely down and she was fast enough to get his foot out of the stirrup. her father said what was the trick. she said he just died.

bobby, I am sorry that your ibs is bad. I feel sorry for you.

thanks so much. i did more research and bought fennel tea. i think i will buy fennel seeds today. they are soothing for the stomach and might have a mild
laxative. i think the tea made my stomach feel better. thank God for magnesium citrate liquid. right now the thought of meat and chicken is nauseating.
i am still in an angry mood and don't know how to get out of it. last night i had a nightmare that i needed to find an apartment. my friend was helping me. They were grungy in a bad area. i have a very nice messy apartment in a great area with a large terrace. i have lived here for over 50 years and i have a great rent and it is frozen. i guess i am unstable.
if my foot doesn't feel better in a few weeks i guess i have to have it xrayed.
the new doorman is very nice.

You are very lucky to live in your studio for 50 years with controlled rent!!!!!.
May I ask what your rent is?
WE were paying 1300 for our mortgage
but that included escrow to pay for taxes
and home owners insurance.
Now that we have paid off the house we
have switched to allstate. We have them

for car insurance and homeowners.
We will have to pay our property taxes our
selves which are roughly $950 a year.

I had to really strain and strain to have
a BM. finally had one.
I hardly drank any water yesterday, I

am certain that was the reason why.
Need to drink more water!!!!!!

What is wrong with my colon????
This morning a had constipation took a long time and much grunting to pass the stool hate that. then now 3;22pm I had almost diarrhea.I had had 2 cups of coffee and took a caffeine pill 200mg like usual.
I don't think I have ever had constipation and diarrhea 5 hours apart.
I still take twice a day 2 senna plus stool softeners(peri colace)plus 2 more colace(twice a day) and gummie fibers at night and the OTC glucommon 3 of those at noon. I did drink a lot yesterday so wonder if that had anything to do with it?????

So I am taking quite a lot of pills to keep going!!!!!!!!!
I had a left over Chicken sandwich for noon today, we are going to a cook out this evening well actually 5 pm. so we will leave in about an hour. I worked today seeing 2 clients. One with a bad toe nail infected toe, I took off more than half the nail i recommended taking her to a walk in clinic so they can prescribe antibiotics and cut off the remaining nail. that is beyond my scope of practice.

then the second client was a new one for me. I used my electric sander on her big toe nails to thin them. The family was happy with what I did.
