We keep the house set at 72 degrees at night so we can be comfortable with our down blanket on the bed.. But set it higher during the day. bobby that was great that your therapist told you that not to worry.It sounds like you have a good therapist.

I believe they are probably right about the place to set it. I am not sure where my husband sets ours but its a nice degree of cool. And its okay for my asthma. And as long as I can breath that is what counts for me. Our electric bills I believe if I remember correctly have been the same as last summer, so I'm thinking they are good. Donna

i freaked out last night. my neighbor cecilia called and told me she had a tumor on her lung and it was discovered when she had pneumonia treatment. she already had throat cancer years ago and had a fifty percent chance of survival. now she had 30 rounds of radiation and chemo and will have a cat scan and find out the results next friday. she said she had left me a message but i never got it. i just thought she didn't like me anymore.
the screen door for my terrace wasn't picked up yesterday. i was told i'd get the refund for the broken door 100 dollars and delivery charges for 125. i just feel lousy and have been praying to God for help. i am terrified about everything. |

I am sorry about your neighbor cecilia.
what are somethings that help you when you are worrying too much. Pet your cats for a while they seem to help you if I remembered correctly. love bizi

I'm so sorry about Cecilia, I will keep her in my prayers.
I will say it seems that after pnemonia its being found more and more that issues come up. My husbands issues with his heart were found after his. I hope you find some ways to start to get the anxiety to lessen. Donna |

just came back from walking in the hall. it was fine. will repeat it this afternoon. no pain and balance was good with walker.
woke up this morning feeling so isolated and fearful and thinking how cruel my family had been to me. then started thinking about God and that he was with me and that i was not alone or fearful and in the past he had given me miracles. what a relief. had the ac on to 72 and that was fine. love bobby |
