I saw a chiropractor on tuesday and a vibrationist which was different, I saw her 2 days in a row.

I feel much better, now I am starting to have si joint feelings. and I have pain in between my shoulder blades which could have been from the chiropractor.
I am over weight so he has to use great force to adjust me.
I am supposed to see him tomorrow. I am hoping that I feel better tomorrow.
I am going to start to improve my self. I see if I want to participate with a program to prevent type 2 diabetes. Because I am over weight and lead a sedentary life style I qualify. we would be the first class for this health care group. it might be kind of like weight watchers but free.
If they want me to check my blood sugars daily then I am not going to participate.
so that is saturday.
I am starting on nov 1st monday the whole 30 diet.
no sugar no flour no potatoes no rice, or alcohol or caffeine, nor dairy.
It is pretty much the paleo diet.
This will be a big challenge for me.

vibrationist. is not really a name for her but I could not think of what to call her.
I laid down on a bed full of copper electrodes The bed is comfortable.
She adjusts the electrical pulses just to the point that I can't stand it.Kind of like electrical stimulation when You go to a PT and they put electrodes on you injury and crank it up just to below the most you can tolerate.
She had additional props. she thinks/treats holistically. so there are some pads that she put on my hip, 10 minutes here and there the other hip. my head and face partially. I used to have a client that believed in the healing power of vibrations. He let me try his hand held device. I could not tolerate the impulses. kind of like shock therapy. He firmly believed in the healing power of vibrations. He also had a machine that vibrates when you stand on it. AT the gym there is a vibrating machine that you stand on and it vibrates but no electrical stimulation.

I am experiencing a lot of anxiety. Feel like I need to crawl out of my skin.

I was restless for a bit then got to sleep. up at 10am. ( so about8 hours of sleep)

easily 10 pounds of candy we have 2 pounds left over tootsy rolls and pops
and most kids just got 1 piece of candy, cute costumes.The house looked amazing Jeff did a good job he did most everything. the fog machine did not work. It was the biggest expensive item that we own.
every one who visited parent wise said how great it looked. I sat at a card table with a coleman lantern because it was so dark out, Our street light was burned out. Jeff cooked chicken on the grill it was very good moist.
and fresh asparagus. so we had a great meal.
I had a ribeye for lunch at sandras it was delicious and squash and chard and green beans it was all good and filling.
No snacking after dinner chewed gum.
Day one of no drinking, low carbing it. Intermitant fasting eating from 1130 to 730. then fast until 1130 am. so no breakfast for me. I will allow myself coffee with creamer. and stevia sweetner but going to try to cut back on that. I have been using too much of it. I am drinking a tonic slimming

drink every morning. I need to get back to the gym.
Our house is in shambles from all of the decorations and boxes that they are stored. all of the tombstones are still up and so are a lot of the other decorations. It is a lot of workbeing that it was on a school night.
we thought it would be fewer kids, there were around 200 kids we estimated.
