It is something that I think about but remember

We are going to watch seinfeld just one episode as it is getting late.
I saw 5 clients and will see five tomorrow. my back gets sore

still need to think about better posture.
Bobby when we are in social situations I bring partake in a
cooler and drink that. no one looks closely at the can I use
kouises so it hides the label.
So I still have something in my hand when I feel like interacting.'
I really am shy and feel inadequate as a conversationalist.

my memory is horrible maybe if I read more and
watched the news I would be better versed.

Its called talking to a screen is easier because you cant see the
other person. Nah I'm not saying I'm shy.

But I get kind of scared trying to talk in front of people. But
then my anxiety turns into coughing from the asthma and my
anxiety. I realize its both when I'm trying to talk in front of
people about things with IN*SOURCE that I know and love.

If its a topic I've either heard the workshop a lot or I've talked
it myself it takes longer to get the coughing to affect me. I've
also learned to make sure I have lots of water with me. It really
helps. So I take drinks during the workshop.

But it always in the end gets me with a coughing spell. Thats
why when at all possible I always have a partner who can take
over with me. Usually its someone who does the presentations
lots more than me. And I feel inferior to them. But that
is because my talent is in other parts of our job.

I do well with older clients because I can ask them question that I have asked before but they love talking about the past and their families. They don't
remember what we have talked about so they are more my speed. But when a daughter is present it throws me off. They start questioning me. Which I find annoying. I need to do my job and I don't have time to talk to them.
Same thing at parties. saturday night will be hard. their will be 8 of us at a dinner party. I will bring a 6 pack of partakes.
