I'm glad you will take your NA beer, that sounds like a really good plan.
Is his brother still in Indy, so will you be seeing him too? I can't remember. I'm glad you will get some time with all the family. That will make it nice. I hope your mom's back gives her a break during this season so she can enjoy the times with family. Donna

Sounds like a good trip. Most of my family is local and my sister is only a few hours out, but H's family is spread out. We were going to visit my sister at her place for some time, but now that I've scheduled the wisdom teeth removal, i get to do that instead. Ha!
And this last week is the first time that i heard you are a twin. Thats so cool! I always wished i had a twin. My cousins are twins, but my sister is a little too young to be my twin or to even pretend, try as i might. Ha! |

I am getting stuff done and think I am caught up. I have left to add up my mileage for the year and income.I had not done that for 6 months so I need to do that for taxes.which reminds me I need to get my year end mileage. And then this new years starting mileage. Minus the driving miles from our trip up north. WE are going to have hot weather today with a high of 80, but there will be showers and thunder storms. I went to total wine and bought a bunch of the AF beers that I like.
Maybe there will be more left at the store that I can purchase before we leave. I had a guy help me put them in a box then he carried it out to my car. I asked him how much did they weigh...he said 50 pounds.  They are still in my back seat I will ask jeff to bring it into the house. 186.5 This morning, that is 14 pounds in two months. I still have a long way to go. But it is a decent start. I either hurt my back from the chiropractor or the gym, the bicycle. any way my back is better. so I am glad about that. I don't want to run out of beer that I like. Little hypo myself with all of the beer buying. And being social at the party last night. bizi

sober since November 1st. loving the non alcohol "beers"
Today, 06:01 PM Loving these less than .5% "beers"these have any where from 10-30 calories ( some of them are 0% alcohol. There is one gram of carb so it must have 4 calories. even though it says no calories.) the 30 calorie beers have a coffee stout kind of flavor. So I have substituted one addiction for another. I think you guys would approve. have lost 16 pounds since october 4th. That is almost 9 weeks. I am happy with this Ioss. bizi

I have stalled at 16 pounds lost for a week. maybe the NA beers are somehow related to the stall?
Frustrating. I limit my self to 3 of the .5% beers from canada, then have 1-2 of the 0.0.0 beers.no alcohol no calories from japan. they knock out the cravings and I don't miss the alcohol. bizi
