I went to total wine and bought a bunch of the AF beers that I like.
Maybe there will be more left at the store that
I can purchase before we leave.

I had a guy help me put them in a box then he

carried it out to my car.
I asked him how much did they weigh...he said 50 pounds.
They are still in my back seat I will ask jeff to bring it into the house.
186.5 This morning, that is 14 pounds in two months.
I still have a long way to go. But it is a decent start.
I either hurt my back from the chiropractor or the gym, the bicycle.
any way my back is better. so I am glad about that.
I don't want to run out of beer that I like.
Little hypo myself with all of the beer buying. And being social at the party last night.

I don't think your that hypo making sure you have enough
beer you like. ITs so you aren't out drinking the beer you
don't need. And I'm so glad your bringing it with you.

Because I don't know about there. But here in Indiana some
drinks are really hard to find. We are having trouble getting
bottles of both Coke zero and Diet coke so we buy it when we
can.

having meaningful conversations can make me hypo.It is when I find the other person fascinating. and keep saying anything so I don't lose their attention.
Usually I am shy and dread these social events. I sat and talked to nell who is so approachable and I like talking to her. I really don't remember what we talked about but enjoyed the feeling of mutual respect and friendship. She is 12 years my senior.And very active in the community. and of the refugees at the border.She was so involved that it started to affect her and she had to step away.....for 6 months.To give herself a break.

that sounds really great. i too have trouble talking to people unless they are interesting and kind. That is why I have had very few but great friends.

yes, i can relate to this meaningful conversations thing as well.
i really do think my meds are working though because I haven't gotten excited over things in a while now. hehe that sounds kinda sad, but it's also a relief in a way.
it is sad tho, because i feel so dang boring right now... not that i'm necessarily interesting when hypo, but i think i am.

sober since November 1st. loving the non alcohol "beers"

Loving these less than .5% "beers"these have any where from 10-30 calories
( some of them are 0% alcohol. There is one gram of carb so it must have 4 calories. even though it says no calories.)
the 30 calorie beers have a coffee stout kind of flavor.

So I have substituted one addiction for another.
I think you guys would approve.
have lost 16 pounds since october 4th. That is almost 9 weeks.
I am happy with this Ioss.

I think we all totally approve. And honestly we all have some
kind of addiction as you call it. Mine is diet coke and water.

But I need a drink and for some reason right now tea doesn't
taste good. I can't figure out why. But that is life.

I love hot chocolate too. When I feel like going to the kitchen
and getting it.
