I have stalled at 16 pounds lost for a week. maybe the NA beers are somehow related to the stall?
Frustrating. I limit my self to 3 of the .5% beers from canada, then have 1-2 of the 0.0.0 beers.no alcohol no calories from japan. they knock out the cravings and I don't miss the alcohol. bizi

If you are checking your weight every day or every other. Try seeing if you maybe could go at least till right before you leave on holiday. Then check it. And then wait till you get back if you can wait that long. But personally I think you are just in a time that its a wait till its time to lose again. That happens sometimes. Donna |

finally lost 17 pounds 183.1.
Now I weigh what my father weighs. I so wanted to be in the 170's but won't happen. bizi who is happy with the other pound lost. I am really trying to limit what I eat. I had 3 beers last night before the symphony last night Great christmas concert. and none when we came home. They are expensive $10 for a 6 pack. but they are the perfect substitution for real alcohol. Well I need to dry my hair to start my day. lots of love bizi

I am weighing 182.7 this morning! that is 5 pounds in 3 weeks.
17.5 pounds since 10-4th slept great last night jeff said I hogged all of the covers last night. sorry for him. he should have woke me up. WE went to see west side story at the movie theater last night. It was great! on to my 2nd cup of coffee. lots of singing dancing, It is after the romeo and juliet story. not a happy ending. but it was inevitable. need to run the washing machine 2 loads. and do some billing and filing today. I need to pack.have been listening to music other than allison kraus. A group called the Duks from canada. lOve the cd. and then also pulled out the indego girls waiting to see if I find their songs familiar or not that was so long ago 25 years. Once I am finished with this 2 cd album. I will probably go back to the duhks. My clothes have not come so am concerned. they were a pair of boots and 3 outfits leggings and tunics. bizi have a great weekend!

So it was all of the alcohol beers that I was drinking
.I knew it and could not make a substitution. The heiniken 0.0 has 69 calories in one beer but was smooth like water so I don't like them I want a very distinct burn when drinking one fast like a regular beer. the partakes have that my partake have 10 and the other one I drink has 30 calories, then the ones from japan don't have any calories nor alcohol. I refer to them as my 0.0.0 "beers". I am limiting my partake to 3 beers a day before 7pm then limiting the 0.0.0 beers to 1-2 before 8 pm so I don't get up at night. So I am having 4-5 "beers" at night. Found out that they have the heiniken 0.0 at the tap room so I can go there with the gang and get a couple of beers there. This sounds obsessive but it is clear to me, and that is what matters. What is important to me is remaining AF. How ever I do it. I am losing weight which is my primary goal and it is working out nicely. bizi
