I went into the walk in clinic, I have covid.
sigh cancelled a weeks worth of appointments. sigh love bizi when I cough I can't breath and almost pee my pants.

gosh bizi.
 What a pain Home to bed. Get someone to drop stuff off at the doorstep for you if you need anything. What about hubby?  So sorry this happened. Feel better very soon hopefully.

i love snow. i grew up in connecticut where it was a lot more snow and cold then in manhattan. i love the seasons. i am terrified of climate change so have been very happy about finally the cold weather. i am so certain that a lot of places will be underwater in the years to come. stupid people.

I think we all totally approve. And honestly we all have some kind of addiction as you call it. Mine is diet coke and water. But I need a drink and for some reason right now tea doesn't taste good. I can't figure out why. But that is life. I love hot chocolate too. When I feel like going to the kitchen and getting it. Donna

If you are checking your weight every day or every other. Try seeing if you maybe could go at least till right before you leave on holiday. Then check it. And then wait till you get back if you can wait that long. But personally I think you are just in a time that its a wait till its time to lose again. That happens sometimes. Donna |

finally lost 17 pounds 183.1.
Now I weigh what my father weighs. I so wanted to be in the 170's but won't happen. bizi who is happy with the other pound lost. I am really trying to limit what I eat. I had 3 beers last night before the symphony last night Great christmas concert. and none when we came home. They are expensive $10 for a 6 pack. but they are the perfect substitution for real alcohol. Well I need to dry my hair to start my day. lots of love bizi
