she sat at the back
and they said she was shy
she led from the front
and they hated her pride

they asked her advice

I feel a lot better this evening.
I skipped the last dose of cough syrup to see if
I still had a cough and I am not coughing.
so that is great news!
Between the zyrtek, flo nase and what was in the cough syrup.
that is a lot of antihistamine!
Still alcohol free except for what is in my non alcoholic beers.
My previous PDOC discontinued her blessings of klonipin...I had been on it for years .5mg. years!!!!!
After coming out of the inpatient unit where I somewhat stabilized with drawl from geodon rapidly
.thru me into mania/psychosis.
I found a new provider. a nurse practitioner who let me keep the klonipin to sleep 1mg and
.5mg in the am. I am afraid she will talk to my old pdoc they know each other.
Ethically they can't talk about me with out my consent right!?

They shouldn't talk about a patient unless you were referred by one to the other or unless they were part of a "team" looking after you. I really like the idea of a nurse practitioner. There should be more of them. They do a lot of extra study and work.

No I don't think they can unless you give permission.
And if I remember correctly the other one stopped prescribing because
of all the alcohol. So you have stopped the reason for the non prescribing
of it. So if something should happen and she says something about
it then just tell her what you have done to stop the alcohol problem.
And that you still need the klonopin for now at least. One day you might
not need even that. You never know.

I am feeling much better symptoms are much better.

I am still tired and sleep a lot.
only coughed acouple of times today
and it was a dry cough. all of the antihistamines

that I was taking sure worked to dry me up.
my voice is getting back to normal, which is good.
Jeff has been cooking and it has been delicious.
We had salmon for dinner tonight with brocolli and

butternut squash with onions and carrots.
It was a prepaired dish from whole foods.

He cooked the veggies first for 25 minutes on 375

then put the salmon back on and cooked another 20 minutes.
every thing was wonderful.
I am very full. This is my 3rd NON-alcoholic partake IPA.

Think I should quit at 3. It has been 10 weeks since I have had a real beer.

I am feeling like I want to go to bed,

but want to stay up and watch seinfeld with jeff at 10.
I can hold out until then.
We usually watch 2 episodes.

I feel better every day. still tired. I think cough is gone.
Emmy was exposed to a covid child and has to be away from class/day care for 2 weeks. My twin is flying in to help with child care.

Wonder how old the child is who has it?
I need to make me something hot.
I feel chilly. The house feels drafty.
The guest bedroom in the house is the coolest for some odd reason.
Have been using 2 blankets and wear long underwear and wool socks to bed.
In fact I am wearing them right now and still chilly.
lots of love I had left over chicken soup that my friend katherine made for me. needed a ton of salt but was very very good! I will touch base with her again.

I have 2 sweaters on and now am having a hot flash.

If your just now starting to get cold, is the temperature outside
dropping also? If so that also would make since. Just becareful,
you might be feeling better but starting to run a fever wouldn't
be unusual. So just be careful and keep an eye on that.

Thanks donna,
I have not had a fever, I check it every day for the most part.
The weather feels nice outside, I think we are headed into a cold front lows in the 20's, 30's and 40's today is in the 70's. The warmest it will be for many days. burr!
