Well I made it 30 days pretty much thanks to these na beers. I have 3 before 7;30-8 my window of eating drinking calories.
Then I switch to 0.0.0 beers no calories no alcohol from japan. I guess it tastes like beer. has the bubbly burn when I drink it fast. my weight was 188.4 this morning which means I have lost 12 pounds in 2 months. I am happy with that. Wish it were quicker but it did not come on over night and it is not going to come off over night. bizi
