Well I made it 30 days pretty much thanks to these na beers. I have 3 before 7;30-8 my window of eating drinking calories.
Then I switch to 0.0.0 beers no calories no alcohol from japan. I guess it tastes like beer. has the bubbly burn when I drink it fast.
my weight was 188.4 this morning which means I have lost 12 pounds in 2 months. I am happy with that.
Wish it were quicker but it did not come on over night and it is not going to come off over night.

I applaud you and hope you don't feel deprived. now you are really taking care of your body and finally lowering the risks of some of the horrible risks that happen from heavy alcohol use. Please keep it up because we love you.

Question are you planning a trip to Indiana at Christmas time?
I know its also your birthday, and you love to celebrate with your
twin right.

I'd suggest you make sure if you are traveling you can get your
beer here. Since I don't know beers I can't tell you. But I'd hate
for you to get here and find out you can't. I want you to keep
up the success. Not that on your birthday you can't step off and
get something special. But it would be a shame to not have the
good things you have found.

I am going to bring NA beer with me because you are right

they may not carry NA beers where we are going. Yes we

will be gone about 10 days. spending new years in

lafayette, louisiana.We will visit every one who matters to us.
We will spend 3 nights with my twin. Moms back has

flared up so limited visit this time around, one night christmas eve.
2 nights at my older sisters house. We are driving so will not

have to rent a car. And no hotels either.

WE will do alot of driving up and down the state.
we will be visiting:
South bend-my folks

Indianapolis-jeffs friend

Mooresville-maggie and dan good friends of ours

Bloomington-older sister jill

Green wood-twin sister

and then have to drive home 2 days to get here.
I scheduled off the friday we get back the night before
so I will have a break, 3 day weekend,
before I have to start up work again.
Today, I called the pet sitter and she can visit the cats

and house check, pick up mail etc.WE have been

using her for years. It is an easy gig for her as she
works 4 blocks from our house.
I need to start figuring out presents.

Is his brother still in Indy, so will you be seeing him too? I can't remember.
I'm glad you will get some time with all the family.

That will make it nice. I hope your mom's back gives her a break during

Sounds like a good trip. Most of my family is local and my sister is only a few hours out, but H's family is spread out. We were going to visit my sister at her place for some time, but now that I've scheduled the wisdom teeth removal, i get to do that instead. Ha!

And this last week is the first time that i heard you are a twin. Thats so cool! I always wished i had a twin. My cousins are twins, but my sister is a little too young to be my twin or to even pretend, try as i might. Ha!
