No that is part of my past. I'm at Derrick's house which was why I
didn't have my nebulizer. I still haven't got one yet, I'm trying to
get my doctor to order me a new one. I found out mine is broke.
Didn't realize that last night when I posted, I'm not even sure how
old it is. But I have always had health issues. Croup as a baby,
Bronchitis, and pnemonia as a child, and then later developed asthma.
Now all the above, but the croup, I think it goes straight to bronchitis.

I have been staying in since I got back from the doctor on Tuesday, and
we are in the middle of rain, flooding, and the snow tonight. Its not going
to be pretty out here. I'm really being diligent with my meds. I promise.

I have a refill of the presidone, that I'm thinking of refilling tomorrow,
because that would be the start of the new dose. But I would probably
take it a little different than originally prescribed to last a little longer.
Not sure yet, exactly how. I have the z-pak to finish, but would go ahead
and get the refill just in case. Tomorrow would be the 4th day, so I'd
have one more day. Then would need a new one. I think because of
the weather we are getting that would be a good idea to be stocked up
in case. Its all good for a while, and I would use it for sure later if not
know.

I am taking my inhaler abuterol as much as I can. I am even so much
as writing down the times so I don't go to early. I take it in the middle
of the night too.. I'm going to call the pharmacy to see if I have a refill
also. I have a prescription ready. That will be getting picked up soon.

So this can too.

I'm really being careful, and will return for a breathing treatment, if necessary somewhere. I am honestly breathing and feeling a lot better. It takes me
usually two to three weeks to get over an bronchitis when I have meds.

Oh I forgot I do at some point have a portable nebulizer coming.
I couldn't get the walmart app I have set up to work. So I couldnt
get it sent to that location which would be earlier. So I'm having
to wait a little longer, not even sure how much.

If the doctors office can't do it then I will try for a second portable
maybe. I think it might be best anyway.

Bobby

Not exactly sure what your talking about. But I'm not too happy
I can't get a nebulizer earlier because I couldn't get in the right
place. But I had only used I once, so losing the password was
the problem. Its not unusual for me to do that.

I also have more fear of not being able to breath, but I have
finally figured out the breathing side of the problem with
how to take deep breaths when it gets really bad.

Bobby

I had a feeling that was what you meant. I think it was really scary
in the beginning when I didn't know what was going on. I just wanted
answers. It was like no one could tell me why I was having such a
problem with not being able to not only breath, but just walk down
street, in my house, or just anywhere. I have trouble just being able
to catch my breath in the line at walmart, or going done the street.
Its even harder to see the people around me, wanting to know if I
am okay. I've always for the last few years, had to take a cart, and
make sure I had a place to sit really close by or now were it is.

Derrick really knows the signs, he can spot me going down usually.
But its like when he has a seizure, and I think its one of the reasons
we are so close. He takes such great care of me. Its amazing.

But now I kind of just learned some breathing exercise that were
able to calm my breath down. But its not really possible when
I'm in the middle of an intense attack of the breathing issues.

So I use my rescue inhaler. And then start the breathing technics
to try it. But it sometimes still doesn't work. So then I have to
drink water so the coughing will stop. At times I when it gets so
bad I then drink hot tea. Right now its my favorite drink pretty
much. But I love hot chocolate too, when its really bad. And
its really good for the chocolate need.

So its really hard to deal with the issues sometimes.. Honestly
its the only reason I can tell its still bronchitis, and asthma related.
Not covid-19. I keep a really close eye on my issues. If they change
I honestly will get back to doctor and take the covid test, but I can
get that at pharmacy now.

Also I got my doctor's office to order my new nebulizer today. But
we are waiting on it to get delivered hopefully tomorrow.

Dear Donna,
I am glad that you will hopefully get your new nebulizer asap.

Happy for you that you are so close to derrick.

When you do your long slow breathing do you belly breath
or upper chest breath?
belly breathing is a very relaxing way to breath.
It can help you calm down and slow your breathing down.
Perhaps that is what you have been doing????

Bobby
I have ordered on for backup it will be a portable one. I don't know how
long its going to take them to get that one ready for me.

Its a weird thing that happened there.

But its life. I'm looking forward to it.
I've had a pretty good day. Still making sure my inhalers and medications
are working. My nebulizer will be nice tonight.

Its just a hassle sometimes to have to wait on things. But its life.

Bizi
I do deep belly type breathing. I do the other kind too. But I really
try to do the relaxing type from the belly because it helps me breath
better.

I had a scare at the grocery before taking Derrick to work. I almost
passed out. Now this isn't new, it happens usually at least once
every month. It had gotten better but then I hadn't been out much.
So that is probably one of the reason's why. I didn't have my
cart. I didn't have anything in my hands, but I didn't have Derrick
right there either. But he was close I called he came. I told him
I was going to need a wheelchair he went and got me one. While
I sat on the meat side area. I can't get up usually from the floor, or
down on it. So I try to stay off it. Because him by himself can't hardly
get me up either. But he will try really hard. I'm working on exercises
to do better with the floor, but with my energy and breathing I knew
there was no way. We got finished, to the front in wheelchair, him
pulling a manual one, and a cart. And I finally could get breath and
walk out the store. Took our groceries back to his house. He unloaded
I waited. And then took him to work.

I have had these spells for years. They can't find a reason. Doctor's have
seen them Physical therapist have, and taken my level on my finger
and its dropped, but they can't find a reason. Its very frustrating, but
I wont let it keep me home. I just take a wheelchair, if I think I can't
walk. Meluvja, got me a free walker that is the folding blue one that
I need a cushion that I can sit on. If it starts getting lots worse I will
start using this last summer.

I am just a person who isn't going to give up. I think part of it is
I've seen children and young adults with lots worse issues
and they do lots more than me.

Donna

PS. Thanks for being part of my village. I need a understanding place
to land and talk.
