Ugh, I have no clue.

He had been down to 225, which was good for him. But he ate
fudge the week of thanksgiving. So he went back up some.

I will have to wait and ask him again. He didn't get on the scales
last week. But I know my other son Devin and Meluvja have
lost a lot of weight with their being on Keto. Lots more than
Derrick I'd say. But I don't know for sure how much either.

I can see it looking at Devin, I think Meluvja told me around 50 lbs.
For her and I know Devin has lost at least that if not more.

Derrick I can tell has gone down at least one size in sweats, and back
in the size I think is good in jeans for him. He is wearing 36 x 32 .
But had been at 38 x 32 or 40 x 32 and I was worried he was going higher.

SO I'm glad he got back to 36 x 32.

congratulations to them for their weight loss. they must be so happy
I don't think I could do keto too many good foods that I love.
I am happy with my 14 pounds loss in 2 months.
I had spinach and lentil soup with a small container of tabouli added it to the soup. It was delicious!

donna is this true? do they?

How many eggs a day on a keto diet?
You must eat at least six whole eggs per day. Eggs should be local, pastured eggs whenever possible. You should stop eating three hours before bedtime. You can drink up to three cans of diet soda per d
ay but aim for one or less.[/B]

I don't know that they eat that many eats a day.

Derrick doesn't but he does love eggs. So he does eat eggs
most days. My son works a day job 10 hours 4 days a week.
And he doesn't for sure eat that many a day. But Meluvja
could easily as the day goes on. But I don't think so.
I've been with her when we are out for the whole day and
she doesn't then.

Bizi, most of the foods you talk about are on the keto diet.
The main thing that you can't have is potatoes. I know that
seems so odd. That and a lot of pasta. Derrick has finally
figured out he doesn't miss the baked potatoes, and he will
eat rolls, but instead of the number he ate before at restaurants,
he limits himself to one. Or two on special occasions.

We also buy the rolls that are considered good on keto. And potato
bread is considered good, for the kind of keto he does. But its only
one or two slices a day for him. If I was doing it it would be one slice.
But I don't have bread every day anyway.

Potato bread is my favorite. And they make keto bread. Derrick
is doing the sugar and flour that is for keto.

He has found that desserts are to sweet now. So that is helpful.
But he has one big downfall, candy bars.

The other thing he has that is helping, he needs to snack at
night. Someone told him to try a different snacking type diet.
I don't know what its called, but it is certain things he eats,
at certain times. And it really seems to be helping him.

Bobby, the other question he eats before bed at times, It doesn't
seem to matter if he does. And he does coke or pepsi zero. Which
he is trying his hardest to limit the amount, its hard for him. Water
and milk.

My husband just figured out why my house is so cold. He had
the second furnace that is downstairs turned off. So he turned
it back on and now I can get warm again. Finally, its been the
two coldest days. Ugh, I'm glad its better.

Oh so glad that he figured out the heater in your home.
Our house is a round 69 degrees a bit nippy but good for sleeping.
