What I would also do is ask the nurse practioneer to also call your
internist to get the result and discuss them with him. I think that
is an appropriate thing for her to do. That way she will understand
why its okay. And I think you getting the food is fine.

Its just one today, not all next week too. Also go back to reading
and enjoying it.
