i hardly slept last night

Default i hardly slept last night
my stomach hurt so much because of my ibs and the food I ate. I hardly slept. I was also furious at my thoughtless inept therapist. he is from an agency that also provides a psychiatrist and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Before i couldn't find a normal psychiatrist who took medicare. I want to stay with this agency and am afraid to rock the boat. He made feel much worse.
HE can be so painfully thoughtless and superficial.
