Default i am feeling so guilty
i wonder if i am useless. right now i am so anxious. i wonder if it is all right to just read, listen to music and pet my kitties and to be kind to my friends.
I felt useful when I was supporting Suri and had a meaning in life.. i feel rotten.

You are useful, I enjoy hearing the things you say. I also think you
have great information to share about the vitamins and other things.
You are giving valuable information. You are feeling this way because
you aren't able to support your friends now because they are gone.

thank you so much Donna. I think now Alice will call if she has a problem. I made her promise to and told her i was strong.
having a lot of water a day is really helping.

It should be helping. And I'm glad it is.

Please say some prayers for some of my co-workers family members
there are more than one that have family members with covid.

It seems to have hit bad in the extended family of my co-workers
this christmas season.

Bobby,
of course you are useful. valuable is the term my doctor suggested to me. I struggle with these thoughts too though. I'm glad for this forum and for my friends who encourage me in this competitive and fast paced world that I often don't feel caught up with.
Prayer is a great gift though, in my opinion. You'll always have a use if you can do that for people.
