Default yesterday was very trying

i felt so anxious I just wanted to eat. I didn't have much food in apartment. It really hit me for the first time if I did have food I devour everything and it wouldn't have touched my need to eat. It wouldn't have helped my anxiety.
later I realized I have tried to do my best and what more could I ask for?
I finally got a lot of sleep.
