i finally started my p.t. exercises. They were fine. I filled out registration for new psychiatrist and had to scan in insurance cards. I had a bit of trouble with my scanner and catastrophized and also catastrophized when at first I couldn't find the cards. my handwriting wasn't too bad. i tried so hard. I sent the woman I emailed the information and she wrote back and said it was fine. relief.
Later my phones stopped working. My genius wonderful friend came over and spent over an hour getting my cordless phone to work. I am so blessed to have him as a friend. Since Danny lost a pound and a half with Robert finding a way to feed him, he will now come over every other week for hamburg.
no stomach aches because I am drinking a lot of water.
after trying for pudgie to get on the bed she thought a while and spent the night with me.bliss.
also didn't need to use a laxative-wow. i guess drinking a lot of water really helps big time.

Keep up especially the drinking of the water. It looks like you
were kind of dehydrating yourself from water. I know that doesn't
make sense. Its like you just needed more water.

When my asthma is out of control, I need more water to keep it
kind of in check. I thought it was a flux when it worked the first time
but I keep using it. And it keeps working. So I wont stop what
works. Later someone in my case explained its more that water
calmed my throat and the tickle down. So the cough that comes with
my asthma stops needing to be heard.
