Default my upper leg is feeling better

i stopped doing the ankle exercises for the collapsed ankle. it only collapsed four times.
today alice is going to teach me zoom. i have used it once. That will be how my psychiatrist' visits will be. Had a really beautiful dream about being in Puerto Rico. Wonder what that was about. Pudgie has been spending a lot of time on my bed-so wonderful and comforting.
Cecilia's niece visited me yesterday and brought a fantastic box of chocolates. It was so nice seeing her. She is such a beautiful person inside and out. She was surprised that I remembered one of her son's I met when they had come to the US was planning on being a doctor. Now he is a lawyer.
I am not so angry at my mother and father. my father was bipolar 2 i think and used drinking to deal with depression. my mother had a tough mother who favored her older sister. my mother as a child once fell down and broke her arm. her mother hit her. she never again went to her mother. she loved her father and would go to him.

Bobby

its very nice that you will learn zoom. I can't start a group or we could
chat with zoom. Because I use it a lot.

But its how our organization gets together many times. Also wanted
to suggest you think about whether you mother might have also
either been bipolar or had been dealing with the issues of trying to
work with your dad's bipolar when she wasn't dealing well with you.

Also that could have been her mother's problem too. It seems to run
in families. I know it does to a degree in my family. And I don't just mean
some of my kids, it does in some of my sisters, and the ones it missed, like
me and my third sister. We have anxiety and other problems that are
health related. Hers just hit later in life. Mine have been all through my
life like my moms were. I think its also the reason my mom, and then
me. Could deal with the issues our kids had.

my mother wasn't and it usually runs from the father. since i was a very little girl she made me caretaker. I guess her mother never nutured her and she was very jealous of her sister being the favorite.. she also said she was cold.I reminded her of her sister whom I got along with well.

I agree with bizi verbal abuse can be worse. I think its more that women
do the verbal abuse lots of times, and men the physical. Or in the older
generation they did. Now I think it doen't matter as much.

I'm also glad she never hit you. And thanks for the incite I didn't relaize
it usually went from father side of family.
