why do you assume i sleep during the day/. then i wouldn't be sleep deprived i don't nap during the day except rarely. it is a real bummer. i do have friends but i usually don't have much to say so I don't usually call. I hate talking about my health. most steer clear of politics.

i am always sleep deprived. no medication helps.

That's awful. Nothing much worse than chronic sleep deprivation. It affects how we feel all day everyday. Awful.
I have been like that but not lately thankfully. I still don't sleep well, but I do get some.

i am so sorry. i am glad you are getting more. i usually get about three hours.

If you're only getting 3 hours in per night then there's no way you could be going through all the different stages of sleep necessary for good health.

Even waking up every 3 hours during a 7 hour night isn't ideal but very common as we get older I suppose.

I'm surprised your health practitioners haven't helped you more with this.

I had no idea you were only getting such a small amount. That's not right.

they have tried so many things. when i tried geodon the first day i got seven hours and the next i got 10 hours. then it stopped. here i thought i found the magic pill. i am not active and always tired. i do listen to a lot of music and until very recwntly read so many novels.

i usually wake up at 2;00 and go to sleep a little before 12. now have been searching for prescription cat food for my friend. read something really funny

I was skeptical about paying $150 for a three ounce can but this cat food has changed my life. I wake up and my cat has cleaned the house, got the mail, mowed the lawn and even made me breakfast. I am just blown away at the quality. I went ahead and placed an order for 20. Sure I can't pay rent but I'll be happy.

my volunteer sam wants to meet me in person. i warned him.

this time i finally went back to my bed and turned off the light and wound getting two more hours sleep. i guess that is what i have to start doing. usually i am ashamed to admit when i first wake up i make coffee. i didn't do it this time.. you scared me Lara. Thank you.
