I think a lot of problems are caused by companies on selling their customer's details. I swear that's where all the phone spam and email spam comes from. I think they're calling it data brokering. I'd like to know what our governments are doing to stop this. It should be illegal!

I have had a lot on this past week with MRI and one thing and another, and now I'm having difficulty reading all the new posts. I'm sorry about that.

I have MRI and CT every 3 months to see if mets have grown back yet. This one was 4 months. All good! All stable!
MRI is my brain.
CT is my body minus brain.
PET/CT is everything

this has been a hideous week for me so i hardly slept. stress is my enemy big time and I had way too much that I still can't cope with and still feel sick. being so dumb and giving away my password unhinged me.I was lectured to not click on links and in all the years I have used my computer i made just one other mistake but had my credit card fix it. i have to learn to text and alice said that soon sites will make you text and get rid of email. they might do away with email unhinged me. i have a smartphone but the icons are so small and my right hand is so unsteady from my stroke i don't know if i should buy one that is much easier. alice asked me a lot of questions i found and i couldn't concentrate to find the answers. Robert wrote i had a smartphone with a ton of prepaid time and messages i couldn't use in my life time. one morning i tried to stand up and couldn't. i have been getting backaches from physical therapy and haven't done it for a while. yesterday i took a bath and was terrified i wouldn't be able to get out. i have had constant stomach aches.
If only i could calm down.

You are forgetting some things. You are a strong woman, you are 77 right?
And you need to go easier on yourself about when you make a mistake.

And I honestly think Alice is wrong we are not going to stop emailing because
honestly that is how businesses do their work. My work does mostly email,
not texting. So we would be starting to ask our parents to text us not
email if we thought it was going to go to texting.

I personally don't agree with the going to texting. So don't worry as
of yet about that.

I think its more the spam people that are going to texting than email.

thank you so much. i will be 78 in may. i can't handle stress and i always think the worse. that is a lousy combination. i always have anxiety and underlying depression. my medications really don't work and they have tried so many on me. i get triggered easily.
