Thinking of you. I hope your day has been better than yesterday. Sometimes that's all we can ask for in our lives.

It's very worrying that you sometimes have difficulty standing up like that and maybe you could only have a bath when you're feeling strong enough to sit in and more importantly, get out, of the bathtub.

Do you have one of those devices where you can alert someone that you're needing help? bizi mentioned it to me a while back when I said I was out in the yard mowing all day. I took her advise and despite not being a "phone person" I have been carrying my phone with me on the ride on mower. (If I remember!). You probably do that already, I don't know. Just a thought.

I prefer to text than telephone, but I have difficulty seeing the screen. I also agree with Donna that emails aren't going away anytime soon.

yesterday was another nightmare with passwords and trying to figure out my smartphone. i wound up in such a panic state and royally screwed some passwords. i want robert to get rid of the need to use microsoft password.
,
robert is coming this week to show me how to text. can you believe that i can't even get back to the main page.
my friends carries her smartphone around her neck in case she needs help. i don't want to spend the money on an alert system. my expenses just for my health are so high even with medicare.
again i didn't sleep most of the night.
fondly,
bobby
