It is official. I lost 20 pounds in 6 months. 180.3.
yay! It has been a long time in coming to reach 180. Thank you for your support!!! bizi I know that I should weigh less than that because I am constipated have not gone in 3-4 days. took ex lax last night and used a suppository this morning no urges right now. If no BM I will have to take mag citrate. But that makes me explode. I need a good cleaning out. sorry If Too much info. bizi

The weather is gorgeous!
birds are chirping, sky is blue. hot in the sun as it is in the high70's even hit 80 no humidity. I should say low. WE ate brunch at this place called brick and spoon. had 2 bloody marys with brunch. Had a huge omelet with shrimp and other things with hollindays (I know wrong spelling auto correct could not help me out. sauce like in eggs Benedict )With a side of corn grits. both delicious! When we got home I switched to my NA partake beers. I am so full from brunch that I announced that I was not going to eat dinner. It is 5pm and I am still stuffed from brunch. tomorrow I am going to put a pork roast in the crock pot with tomatoes and brussel sprouts, and carrots. cream of mushroom soup....maybe 2 cans. it really is a hot plate that acts as a crock pot. have a good day to yall. bizi

our air conditioner went out monday night after I was messing around with the
fail switch for fluid over flow.Had to call the a/c guys butcher. and they could come out thursday evening . He said it was missing a piece. He taped it on with duct tape to hold it in place So he returned this morning wednesday, With part that he needed. and fixed it.We told him what was wrong, It took him 10 minutes and it cost 209$. he was the expert and we did not know how to fix it. any ways they are due back for a maintenance agreement where they check every thing. It takes about an hour. the first gut took for ever and he took a smoke break and he still had a lot to do. and I had to leave soon. so I hope that does not happen again.I will tell him that I need to leave. the gal on the phone lines told me she said that she will tell him to do the interior stuff first, so I could leave and he could then do the outside part, That sounds reasonable. I need to do billing and some more charting. billing should take up all of my time tonight. I drank too much and got sick, jeff had run off on an errand. So he did not know about it and I did not tell him. I have to run.
