Because before we moved to this house we didn't have air conditioning.

So it was hot. We did have some window air conditioning but it wasnt
near as nice.

I am fine, drinking too many truly hard seltzers.

but hey they are low calorie and I just switched to partake so that is really low calorie 10 calories per beer.
My business is good. too good for this month. It seems extra busy.
which is a good thing. but am tired.
I have been tired for a long time.
have been sleeping in as long as I can before getting up and getting ready for work.
I just can't get myself out of bed.
so I end up calling my first client and telling them that I will be late like today but was early actually.
Just needed the buffer to get going.

Hi bizi. Have you been extra tried since you had the coronavirus disease? If you don't think it's related, you might want to get a check up hey? I think you had a very bad back there for a while too.

All going along well for me this week. Despite a lot of issues, I'm very fortunate. CT was clear. Had my 38th infusion yesterday. Today and for the next for days or week I rest although I made a yummy easy dinner. It's a vegetarian version of a shepherd's pie. I guess it's actually vegan because I didn't use any butter or milk in the potato either. I used the orange sweet potato on top (kumara to me). It came out really well so looking forward to eating that later.

It hasn't been quite as hot this past week thank goodness. Tropical Cyclone (hurricane) season is almost over with only couple of weeks to go. Sometimes a late one will sneak in but this year they all went in the other direction so that was good for us and bad for others I suppose.

dear lara,
maybe you are right that I have this post covid fatigue.????
perhaps I have always been a night person and hate having to get up early.
Even when I get to bed at a decent time 11pm I still find it hard to get up and going.
I have to wear this night guard to protect my teeth because I grind them.
I usually take them out half way through the night. having a hard time getting used to them. maybe that is why I have been sleeping poorly???

I fell and hurt my knees on tuesday, 4 days ago.
they are getting better.
Each one has different pain areas. for example:
the right knee it painful when I touch the inner side of my knee just to the side of the patella knee cap. The left knee hurts on the bottom and at the scraped side hurts on the left side, if that makes any sense to you.
any way they are better.

I tripped on some carpet and I fell and hurt my knees. OUCH!
It happened at an assisted living facility. I exclaimed Oh sh7t,

2 people came running to help.

so my fall would have been worse if it had been concrete.
The next day: I Saw my regular MD for a wellness exam.
no pap this year as I did the hpv test so that extends it out to

3-5 years not sure she is going to look at that again.
my PCP called in some volteran I have been using it on both knees today.
They were both starting to feel better so don't know if this is a waste of
time or if it is helping.

Am supposed to use the gel 4 times per day, you have to

measure it out on a plastic ruler so I get the correct amount.
It is an NSAID. It says it is for arthritis.

I do have arthritis in my knees already. so this may help too.
