Sorry I have been on holiday for the past 10 days.

We visited with lots of family and friends in the short
time, 4 days of driving. That is a long time.
I did not plan for the cooler temps so I wore a pair

of purple scrubs pants, most of the time and borrowed

a lighter hoodie that worked great when I was seeing
my folks in northern Indiana.
Got to see my niece and great niece.
Emmy is what they call her. Her official name which

they use also is emerson.

WE went to the zoo with them. That was fun.
Had not been to the zoo in ages.
WE met up half way to meet up with my folks

who had never met emmy who is 2 1/2 years

now so that was great that that happened.
We met at chilis.
My parents got her a play bear that talks
when you press various body parts. She loved it.
my sister had a pool party I fell trying to

get into the pool and my left knee hurt alot.
but I was able to stretch it out in the water

which felt good.
We stayed 2 nights with friends then 2 with my
sister and then 2 with my folks then stayed the night
at a Quality Inn for cheap rates unbeknownst
to us they were remodeling the entire exterior.
There was a smoke smell to our room and the hall.
They sent someone right away to spray our room and the hall.
Our half way hotels in Memphis were great

and easy walking distance to beal street.

for good food and blues music. WE stayed at a holiday inn

express going there then a double tree on
the way back which was really nice,

gotta love those warm cookies.
I will quit.

Your holiday was at a great time. Its going to be triple digits this week and
weekend. ITs also special olympic weekend. Will be glad Derrick competition
is inside.

Derrick does doubles bowling. He got a silver medal. His whole team
in bowling did great.

It has been crazy hot and like you 100 friday saturday and sunday. our air conditioner just started squealing.
great! jeff banged on it and it has not squealed since. so he thinks he fixed it. I put a call into our a/c company. One of the techs will call us back to discuss the matter.

just what we don't need.
fingers crossed that we don't need a new unit. very expensive to fix and replace if it needs to be done.

2 months ago I fell hard on my knees.

They have healed a lot but in other ways

have not and still bother me. I made an

appointment to see my primary MD for this week.
I wonder if I have a torn ligament in my left knee?
When I work I get down on my hands and knees.
I put the most pressure in the position to
my right knee. and spare the pain to my left one.
I know that is hard to explain sorry.
I wonder if a cat scan can show ligaments?
I will ask her for one if it does show up.
Don't think an ex-ray would show anything besides bones.
The chiropractor nurse practitioner, that I went to said it was bursitis.
will see.
