sorry about your knee. 8 is too early. i think the milk of magnesia helped a little but i have trapped gas. with the stomach ache i am afraid to take anything. I have to my p.t. exercises today. I have been successful in only swearing once so far.

i hate being bipolar. I hate all the medications that have caused chronic constipation. I hate my rage. I hate my depression. I hate my anxiety. Now I am beginning to get annoyed at music. i am still angry at marci for being an hour late last week and not calling. i am angry at her for calling last night and saying she was coming in the morning. I got angry at Robert when he went on and on saying dog food costs the manufacturers only a penny and a half to produce the food. I still can't work my new cellphone.
I do love my kitties. I still enjoy reading but scared of cataract surgery. I can't stand the feeling that I have to go but can't. I don't know when to call the doctor. he said to call in a week but this f@cking medication isn't helping and I am scared. I am having such a hard time coping and being isolated. i know most of the world has it worse. |

so clever. i felt it when i just read it.
i skipped the pill and have a stomach ache and SOME clothes are tighter. SH@T. love you, bobby with a dry bed a lot of doctors are a holes. |

Your doing your exercises less is honestly a good idea. Just make sure you do them at least once a day. And let your therapist know why you aren't doing them as much. They will be fine with it if you are honest. I don't know what you can do to help with the appetite. Except the popcorn you already are doing. I love granola bars, and they seem to help me. Donna
