i am not sure if i still have it. i have been getting stomach aches again with my risperidone catastrophe. doctors are can't fix it.
i just ordered more peppermint capsules and will take them more. did my p.t. exercises with a stomach ache but skipped walking in the halls. after i had milk of magnesia afraid to take anything else today. love you. bobby |

i finally feel a bit better. haven't started linzess yet. i just bought two more pitchers for water. bought ground flaxseed.bought instant steel cut oatmeal. bought taurine for diabetes. have magnesium citrate, magnesium citrate power, magnesium 400 mg and of course remaining bottles of magnesium citrate liquid that might be contaminated.
depression is lifting but still find music irritating. the handyman came and replaced the toilet handle. figured out how to make the length of the page for scanning longer. tried a tea for bloating and gas and didn't work. bought something else for gas. still don't feel close to God. marci was very kind yesterday. Thank God for my fear of him. otherwise i would have swallowed a lot of pills. |

the dosage was .50 for a little more than three weeks. Thanks for the thumbs up. My bladder problems are now gone and my appetite is back to normal.
I wrote in my last email to my psychiatrist that i went cold turkey and she didn't respond. COWARD. Everywhere on the internet it says taper and not go cold turkey. I am getting two lobsters today because they are 1/2 price. I have not had lobster in so long. I am curious how my stomach will react. I am also getting three pints of low calorie ice cream. poor stomach. I think that because I am so old, I want to treat myself. Yesterday I had I think 220 calorie soup with noodles, miso and a tiny bit of tofu. it comes in an envelope and I bought 20 from Vitacost for about 1.50 each. I like it. I took two bottles of magnesium citrate last night and finally saw the results this morning, . love you, bobby who swears by magnesium citrate liquid even if it takes two bottles |
