i am all aches and pains after doing p..t . i have took look for something for sore muscles.
does anybody have any ideas besides popcorn to stuff themselves with because risperidone gives me a non stop appetite. love, bobby just read that 2 cups of coffee is a pain killer. wow Last edited by mymorgy; 07-23-2022 at 03:56 AM. |

I read the list, did not know a lot of the 25. I try to eat veggies at both lunch and dinner. Just started to eat the fiber one sticks for breakfast. they taste ok but took me a long time to eat them.
I did not have time to eat this morning slept in and had to get ready for work. I finally went had 2 bouts of D. 2 hours apart from each other. now I don't know what to take tonight. hugs to you tonight. (((((((HUGS))))) love bizi

Did you find something to rub on your sore muscles. asper cream is good.
My mom uses the blue emu gel for her joints. You try large doses (800mg) of advil with food. unless you are on a blood thinner then you can't take advil.  love you, bizi

i am on a blood thinner. i am not doing the exercises as much as i should but surprising it is getting better. i am so f@ckind depressed and scared about weight and don't know how to handle the feelings. finally i got a call from the pharmacy saying the half dosage of risperdal is ready and will be delivered tomorrow. my psychiatrist was such an a hole when i told her i wanted to get off of it because of poor bladder control which is documented and a voracious appetite which is also documented. i joking say i guess she wanted to kill me. i am so overweight and prediabetic. f@ck
don't know to handle this depression. sh@t driving myself crazier trying to decide what cellphone to get. also reading now six books at a time-rats love, bobby |

I am glad that you say you are better with the exercises.
I am so sorry about the added depression. and that you doc did not want you to get off the respirdone maybe those side effects that you are struggling with is the reason you got off of them a long time ago. I think you were taking 2mg if I remember correctly. love, bizi
