Had an great time. Had a few co-workers retire this year. Which is
always sad of course. Its not always good. But they need to and
that honestly makes sense. We that had over 10 years were all given
a chance for a nice extra amount of money. But I am not ready to
retire so I didn't. Wouldn't have anything to do. So it will be interesting
to see what happens.

One of the office administrators that I love retired, she has been in poor
health and I've known for a while it was coming. And one of my favorite
co-workers retired. She will be missed.

hi donna,
have not heard much about Dan lately.
How is he doing? Is he bipolar 1 or 2?

I honestly don't know much about the difference. So I don't know. He will go back and forth between happy and sad at times. But right now the one shot a month has him pretty stable. Which is so fantastic it has never been this good. He can get anxious but he just deals with it most the time. He I believe has had to deal with that for so long he has learned to sleep it away. Which he still sleeps more than he should at times. He can still get mad, and go from happy to mad in a minute for no real reason. But that is just him. He still has depression at times. But its so much more manageable.

He enjoys his time with Harmony much more than I've ever seen him before. And I know Kortni sees it too. He also enjoys his time with her. Even though they aren't together anymore. But that doesn't bother him as it used too.

He is helping his dad with rental houses, when he does things. And goes and runs around with him when he does things. Which is honestly good for him because it gets him out of the house.

Thanks donna.
Has he ever been hospitalized from mania? If yes then he is bp1,
if he has never really been manic then he is bp2 and they tend to be on the depressive side. some rapid cycle or have mixed moods.
I am not an expert.
Does he work in addition to helping out dale?

He was hospitalized once, I'm guessing from mania. But never knew exactly
what it was. He used to work, about 10 + years, now he draws ssdi because
he doesn't think he can work now. Someday we will see if he can again
I'm sure. But right now we are just working to keep him going through
the depression and other things.

He is doing so well its been a really long road to get here. But I'm so proud
of him.

I'm glad too. Its hard to know what he has been hospitalized for just
knowing he is doing better now is so good.

Derrick and I had a long first day of his Intro to Health and Fitness
for atheletes. I'm so tired tonight. I had already taken this next
week off. I'm really going to be so glad.

We got back last night, and need to go get Doby at my house today and Jake.
But Derrick is still asleep. So we will a little later. Then we need to do somemore things.

Fun, fun, fun. Heeheehee. He had a good time, that is what counts. They did
what is called a brain break in the other classes with them leading it. He did a great job. He had some really good instructors in his class, and in the class he had to lead the brain break in. So it made it nice.

He has a project to put together for his praticum and its going to for him be on display at state games. So we will be writing a letter and asking some local dentist offices if they will help by dontating toothbrushes and toothpaste.
So we will be getting those letters out soon.
