182.7 this morning.happy about that still just drinking alcohol free beers.
went to an old watering hole last night fat pats, just down the street. I had a pretty good salad with seared tuna and 2 eggs fried on top. I drank soda water and avoided drinking one of my favorite beers that they now have on tap. Holly beach. Yummy! bizi

No stool for 4 days I took 1 biscodyl yesterday.
then a suppository of it twice the strength no results. I am going to take milk of magnesia this afternoon. Now, just did!!! supposed to work in 30 minutes-6 hours. so that is up till 10 pm. Better stay at home and stick close to the bath room! sigh hate this! feel so bloated. a friend of ours wife who is a school teacher came down with covid. The husband is jeffs good friend whose birthday is today. 9-11. Think I will watch some footage on face book. sigh bizi

I sure wish I could figure out why I can't lose any more weight. But
it seems to be my life right now. So I'll just wait till it starts happening. Good job Bizi on your lose. I am hoping to hear even more for you again next time. Donna

hubby is still not home from his rehearsal with the latin band.
he usually textes me to let me know whats happening. he was due home half an hour ago. heard from him, He said they were just wrapping up. over 3 hour rehearsal He is beat. He just called so he should be home by 945pm. He had dinner at popeyes. around 5;30 before the practice at 6 pm.I went to have a quick dinner at a chicken place I ordered a big salad with chopped chicken and an avocado. with a spicy dressing and a side of cilantro dressing as well. It was very good and took half of it home. He just walked in the door. bizi
