my linzess worked for 2 days in a row. now did not work
for me. I read a lot of reviews that say it caused diarrhea for them.
none for me.

Donna,look at what you eat and when you eat your meals.
I don't eat anything or drink anything beyond 7 pm.
Just got back from penara...had a large green goddess

chicken salad with avocados and pickled onions, bacon

bits and cherry tomatoes and the wonderful salad dressing
and good greens. We are going to a beginning of the

semester party, from the dean. micheal and ursela mcClurer.
He has served as temporary dean of the music school and performing arts.
They are doing an out side search national I think.
Ineed to make some phone calls for work.

I am guessing it might be what I eat. But if I drink after 7pm its
water. So I don't think that would be a problem.

Unless of course I'm out and need something more to keep me
a wake.

I have had mixed results today is day 3

of not going so will take some milk of magnesia
This afternoon hoping to go before bed time.
Waiting for jeff to be done with his laundry.
So I can start my loads, I have 2 loads and

billing that I need to do. Why do I procrastinate
so much in this important chore. I won't get
paid unless I send out bills.
heavy sigh.
After brunch at the diner we went looking

at a couple of spirit stores for halloween stuff.
I think jeff is really going to get into it this year.
Happy for him, he seems happier this year.

He has lots of things that he is doing.
Walking jogging in the mornings for over
a year, feeding neighborhood cats treats.
He makes up names for them. he has his

non duality books that he reads. He has been
playing the keyboard,is in 2 bands ,
one is an 18 piece big band with dances

every 2 months and then he is playing with
a latin band, Malentina is the lead singer.

and sings in spanish.They have been asked to
sing in the latin festival Oct1st.
I leave thursday to fly to Indiana for our 40th
high school reunion.
My pop will pick me up at the airport after noon
The reunion is on saturday and I fly back
sunday afternoon.
jeffs laundry is done in the wash so I will go put them in the dryer.
