I hope that the dental crown is approved on Thursday by my insurance group. I've been waiting for the letter and it has never come. I see the dentist on Thursday. I hope that I don't get disappointed. I called them today and they were not there. They work Tuesday through Friday. I called my case manager and she didn't know anything. This is causing me to have more anxiety than usual. The dental crown is $1,300.00 by itself. This exceeds my monthly Social Security by a lot. BF:hug::hug::hug:

They will figure it out, friend.
You may have to wait a while longer, so be prepared for that.The dentist's office should have a payment plan.
also ask if they can do something cheaper like build the tooth up like they do for fillings. what is wrong with your tooth?which tooth is it?
hubby had to go thru 2 crowns. fairly recently.

I got approved today for the crown!!!!!!! I was on a conference call with the dental insurance company and my case manager. That makes my month!!! Those crowns are expensive. I got approved for it!!! I had been praying about this for a little over a month. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I talked to the Insurance company today and I'm not sure what's going on now. The other lady that I talked to didn't send the information to the Dentist. I'm trying to figure out what the insurance lady meant who I talked to today. The crown is covered but the other things may not be covered. I don't understand what they mean. I'll know more tomorrow.
