I am not sure about calling 911, but you can totally call adult protective
services explain what is going on. They will take the report and should come to you, and listen to your recording and anything else you have that will show what is going on. And make a report. And hopefully figure out a way to help you. I can't give you a phone number for Adult Protective Services because each state is different look your state up and call them. donna I'm guessing we will all be praying you can find some answers and relief.
