i just took my first dose of 25 mg of topamax. after 5 days i am to increase to 50mg. years ago i took it but don't remember why i dropped it. i didn't have any side effects.
IT seems like I am the only one who is posting about bipolar.

Topiramate may be useful for people who have bipolar mood disorders that other mood stabilizers have been unable to control. It can relieve symptoms and make taking antidepressants possible for people who were unable to take them before without experiencing mania or a mixed state.Jan 29, 2016

Bobby,

When you have a thought that a drunk shouldn't have kids.

Remember something for me. I would never have gotten to know
you. And never, gotten to learn so much great information from
you. I really enjoy listening to your great information, and also love
to hear about your kitties. And I personally believe its a blessing
that you were born into this world.

Personally I love you.

Also just so you know. I can't get my private messages to answer people.

So this is the answer. I don't take baths right now. I can't get up out of the tub.

I only take a shower if someone is in the house with me. And I don't have a bar
yet, because I have had a hard time getting my husband to understand why its necessary. But he is redoing lots of our house this next year And I plan on
getting one then.

bobby, I am sorry that you are binge eating. We have a container of lindt chocolate dark, truffles. they are heavenly. We have one almost every night. It is lush and just enough yummyness that we can just have one. get your self some good veggies, eat them raw without any thing on them:celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, zuchini, and summer squash. what about some almonds?Do you like avocados? They are so creamy and delicious.
They have good fat in them. they are also full of fiber. We used to eat them every night. now I don't why we stopped eating them.you have to be careful not to let them go bad, ask for ripe ones and they should be soft to the touch but not too soft. Putting them into the refrigerator to stop the ripening of them.
just some suggestions of good foods to binge on.
love

this is the nicest card i ever got from a young Dorot volunteer with a picture of a turkey on the front.
Hello!
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you have a great day filled with splendid food to enjoy with loved ones. I would like to share the fact that countless numbers of people are thankful for you ,including me, Don't forget that and continue to enjoy yourself.
Sincerely,
Erin

That is a beautiful card and wording.

And if your talking about turning Marci in. It was just what I thought
and hoped you had done.

I honestly think with what you said, that Marci said, that she may be trying
to make you think you don't know how or what you are doing.
So make sure you write down somewhere like in a journal her thoughts
that she gives you especially about the things she thinks you should buy.

I'm wondering if she may be getting ready to suggest you buy some shoes
and the clothes like you used to again. Thinking if you don't want them
she can have them. I know that sounds like I'm thinking to much
But its something that would make since.

one who makes the liquid magnesium citrate.
yesterday i ate way too many prunes and was up all night with severe gas.
i just wanted to die. Of course my depression came roaring back. I don't even think I went.
since they removed the liquid, life has been sheer hell.

linda did write back and didn't respond that if she wanted to help me all she had to do was listen for 10 or 15 minutes. i forgot what she wrote that angered me so much.
i coped out and couldn't stand getting rid of her. i guess i am pathetic.

i think having a tablespoon of magnesium citrate powder which i bought on amazon mixed with a lot of water worked. at the same time i took 4 capsules of cape vera aloe or aloe vera-too tired to look it up.
