i just spoke with my caseworker and she reassured that losing the card could happen to anyone. because i am mentally ill i always think the worse.

she did have a funeral recently, maybe a month and a half ago but she always has a tendency to be very bossy. you know i have anger issues. i am trying to think of my dogs and kitties, reading, and watching a little news.
She mentioned watching channel 1 which covers local news but i only watch msnbc. so didn't take the hint. i have to start searching for what I can eat that won't upset my stomach. love, bobby |

thanks. still haven't gone. i am going to have a bottle of magnesium citrate. i will be sure to drink more water. i really thought the powder would work. maybe it needs more time. i am so miserable and scared.

the woman was awful. i have been in such a rotten mood lately with so much nausea ,bloating and gas. had porridge. wish i would throw it up. making peppermint tea. my nerves are on fire.

just got this back from yesterday's blood test. Your labs look very good, all in an acceptable range. I had peed when i got to the doctor's office so didn't have enough to be tested. will be tested next monday. But still big relief.

yes she is doing it right now. linda just called and i said i couldn't talk now and hung up.
i do a lot of things because of habit. now i am in such a fix. i am scared to eat. i want to order chinese food for instance but i usually feel so rotten afterwards. i guess i will eat more oatmeal. i checked again to make sure the fiber wouldn't kill me. I AM SO WORRIED ABOUT YOUR KITTY CAT. WHAT IF SHE IS IN CONSTANT PAIN? I wished you hadn't mentioned it. you know how i feel about kitty cats.sorry love, bobby |

i don't think they work me. good luck with the doctor. to make a long story short two days ago i took four different laxatives. finally at 1:30 am with still no urge to go i drank a cup of coffee and went and went and went and even during the next day. i just ordered more peppermint oil capsules and have a lot ginger root still. the pain gets so awful. but those to help my stomach.
