I feel better less coughing and allergy symptoms prednisone is amazing stuff.
I think pt is going well I can put my knee on the floor now and bear weight on it. So that is good. bizi

I have not had to take any medicine this weekend.
both antihistamines really made me dry up so that I was waking every 2 hours to a very dry nose and throat so that I would have to drink water. it was awful. so I did not take any of them last night and slept great. my 1030 tomorrow appointment got pushed up to 11am. So I don't even think I need to set my alarm for tomorrow. yay! bizi jeff wants to watch an episode of ex-files.

I think that now I am coughing due to acid reflux
I am learning what triggers heart burn. carbonated beverages is a no no. So the only alcohol I can drink is clear liquors or twisted tea the only beverage that is alcohol and non carbonated. and to eat less and give it 2-3 hours before laying down to sleep. So I had a burger at fat pats drank twisted tea and had mixed veggies.I did not order the bun and had an egg on top of bacon.... I have not had any heart burn so far. Going to hear jeff play with a marimba and a xylephone player for the salon concert tonight. only 35 chairs and I did not rsvp so am not guarantied a spot. need to leave soon. have a happy evening. bizi

just a quick note before heading to bed.
I was in a car accident today, heading towards sandras and was hit by a man who went thru a red light. and hit my passenger side and he hit me so hard it turned 90 degrees. I am sure that my car will be totaled.I am fine, just a couple of tender spots and bumps probably from the seat belt. on my breast. It took a while for the police back up car to help the guy was in a big red truck and had minimal damage his bumper so had to have his car towed too. We went to sandras after finishing up with the police. The guy got a ticket for running a red light. I ate some yogurt and 4 advil hope nothing new shows up, in the morning. Thank god that jeff came right away, he was a wonderful person husband I really appreciated his support. That really was my first accident. We started car shopping.looking at a honda hatchback sport.It comes in red. I really like it
