today i got in a good mood. i laughed with God. i really made some big bipolar mistakes but i just saw a way to handle them.
lately i haven't wanted to wake up.

my new psychiatrist is really nice and humble and gentle. there is hope

he seems and i am sure is exceptionally nice. can't wait to see again. he made me a bit calmer and i have been such a bipolar wreck. This has happened before when i wind up with a strong psychiatrist who i can feel safe with. don't know why but my bipolar symptoms have gotten worse. my mood keeps on swinging and my sleep is so horrible. one minute i am hopeful and then i want to die. now i am terrified of killing myself. that is great.
there is a chance my irritable bowel isystem s gone. but not the constipation. i have to look it up.

When do you talk to your psychiatrist again Bobby.

It sounds like you might need to talk to him about how you are
feeling. It also sounds like your effexor might be working to a degree.

But he needs to hear what all is going on in your head.
