I don't know what you have been obsessed about Bobby.

But make sure the effexor is upped slowly. And for sure gradually.

I think it sounds like It is working but make sure it is so you can tell.

Bobby

What time of the day are you taking effexor?

It can be part of the reason you can't sleep.

Take it at night right before you go to bed if possible.

i am waiting for a call that i have obsessing about. finally had the nerve to call. once i get the information i will be calmer. it was a big bipolar mistake. bipolar in my case always wins and i guess that is the way it will always be. i do tend to be out of control a lot but never psychotic.
the kitties had been so comforting.
robert did write me and said that danny just loves his toy and doesn't let it alone.that made me so happy.
i really don't think there is anything can predict my bipolar acting out.
