i called the crises line and we practiced deep breathing.
i called the accountant and he is so friendly and kind and said don't worry it is his job. i told him i loved him. what a nut he must think i am. i am sure after the blunder i will have enough money since i am old. joining meals on wheels will help. i don't feel as terrified now as before. why was i born bipolar.

i almost got scammed. i was exhausted. universal card was wonder and got my money back. had to change my card and once i get it have to change a lot of places.
aby has been extremely loving this morning. i made a horrible mess but cleaned up most of it.
