Sounds good Bobby.

But don't be discouraged if it returns to a degree.

It could.

i am feeling so incredibly awful. i have also been having to deal with two scams.
i can't handle stress at all. it is really getting much worse in my ability. everything is an effort.
i also have to p.t. every day even if it hurts. that is what my therapist said.
again i was up most of the night.

i got a call from the drug store saying the two prescriptions are ready but can't be delivered until tomorrow. I said fine. I called back to ask the price. i belong to epic ,for seniors. you pay about 150 dollars and then the most you pay is 20 dollars a drug. usually you pay 3 dollars. So often I tell them i belong to epic and will pay at most 20 dollars. I called back just to check and was told the aplenzin was over 2000 dollars. i said i only 20 dollars through epic and i can't afford that and don't want it if it isn't 20 dollars. i don't even think it works.
I am doing something I think I shouldn't do. If your gums bleed you shouldn't take Effector especially if you are on a blood thinner which I am on because of my stroke. It has helped me incredibly. I notice faint pink blood when i brush my teeth now. I don't care at all. i no longer have ibs which is such a nightmare. Only if I start hemmoraging9sp) I will tell the doctor. of well.

How many times a day do you brush your teeth? And do you use
a soft brush because if you don't that might be part of the problem.

You might check with the dentist about a soft brush if you don't use
one.

I'm so sorry about your neighbor, I sure hope you can get to sleep tonight.

I would say to try sleeping at night, if you can't then start trying to sleep
some during a time during the late evening, and see if that helps.

it is not the brush but the medication. i brushed at lunch and no pink blood. My two doctors warned me about the medication causing bleeding especially if you are on a blood thinner which i am.
i cancelled meeting a friend tomorrow. i am just so exhausted.
