i was up all night but this morning i did a few laps and it was okay. i am pushing myself. My tooth hurts less. I am also using hydrogen peroxide. I didn't have supper. I ordered soup from amazon so I hope that works. I didn't take a laxative so my stomach didn't hurt during the night but haven't gone.
. am going to throw clothes today. that should make me feel good. really enjoying a book i should finish shortly. can't find my other kindle. ugh.
some people taking a cup of coffee, a cup of prune juice, two tablespoons of milk of magnesia and some butter and having excellent results. google the bomb.
can't wait until my rent is finally fixed.
i have p.t. today. I am tired but will do my best.

just bought some chicken broth-i might also have acid reflex what an opportunity to lose weight.
