i just bought an allergy pill to see if that night help me sleep.
i stayed in bed all yesterday except when robert came over. i took tylenol pm and it might have helped. not sure but don't feel exhausted or as anxious. didn't have any caffeine yesterday. can't remember the last time i did that.

i guess now it is the time for me to start working on controlling my bipolar and my awful anxiety. i am wondering if my therapist can help me with this life time problem. the effector is helping a bit. maybe when i get used to the higher dosage once a day now it will help. it is such a vicious illness. suggestions would be appreciated. i know if i could walk that would help. .rats

Robert is coming over to help arrange the tax documents. my anxiety is making shake so. i am nauseated and stomach pains.
i did though out a lot of non essentials and there are duplicates which robert won't ave trouble with.
i hate ,i hate, i hate so many anxiety problems from all sources.
robert is my savior.
