i just canceled the p.t. for the worst flare up up for the next two weeks. my ibs is so awful and i am going backwards.. i am nauseated, stomach ache, weak and , gas and walking worse.

We are getting ready for our trip I am behind I only
bought one thing for jeff have not even wrapped it up. I bought my sister for our 60th birthday a not quite a diamond but very sparkly pendent on a sterling silver chain that won't tarnish. I hope she likes it. I need to pick out a card for her as well. I will miss you guys for about 13 days. love bizi
