Sorry I think I posted somewhere but I'm waiting on a referral for a
spine Ortho doctor. It should come through the end of this week.
Lets hope sooner. The mri showed lots of issues on the left side
with ostheporis. Which is probably causing the problem.

I just hope soon.

Default really scary

was standing up and barely moved and fell over. rats. been falling more again and worried about another stroke. will tell my p.t. on thursday.
been very worried about pudge. so relieved yesterday she very busy grooming herself. felt incredible relief. my gorgeous aby has been unbelievably affectionate.
last night had the most wonderful weekly conversation with one of my young friends. i told him how special he was and i really loved him. He said he felt the same way about me.
Now he has gone to two of my doctors, On friday he went to my phenomenal eye doctor whom i couldn't say enough good things about. He really liked both a lot but he found my eye doctor AWESOME.
This was also the first time I told him I DID THINK THERE WERE BENEFITS TO NOT MARRYING-INDEPENDENCE. I have been constantly telling him how i so want him to meet somebody special.

The fiber content of the cucumber adds to the bulk to the stool and relieves constipation. It is considered as one the best laxative. It is also low on calories.Apr 17, 2017

i hope it wasn't a coincidence but it worked.

Vitamin B1, vitamin B5, and vitamin B7 found in cucumbers are known to help lower anxiety and reduce the effects of stress.Jul 16, 2019
