last night i didn't sleep. Sam, my volunteer called and we talked for almost an hour. he is 30. if only i were 40 years younger. he is so wonderful to me and such a compassionate person. he starts his new job as an assistant to the attorney general. he said people would kill for the job. he always says to call him if i need him. he is going to europe before starting his new job. i was so touched. again he said call him if I need him. i was just so incredibly touched.

Sam I sure good to you. Keep that friendship for sure.

That was just a way of saying keep it up.

I have been off most of the weekend.

sam is utterly fantastic. for however long it lasts he is a true gift from God. it is weird but i don't worry at all about him. he keeps on reminding me to show myself compassion.

i didn't sleep again last night and had stomach aches. my back has suddenly been hurting. i am good for nothing.
my p.t. is coming today and i will definitely try my hardest.
it is so hard not sleeping, hurting and being old.
i did make up with a long term friend. i am happy about that.
Can you work on things when you are just feeling so tired and rotten.**. I always try my best. topamax i think is still in system and still screwing me up.
yesterday i tried to get my brokerage account and kept on making so many stupid mistakes the guy said he had to hang up. i wish i felt better and can accomplish something.

they are still going so horribly. oh well-can't do a thing.

just wrote robert to ask for help. i did them alone for almost all them life.

looked on internet about what to do if i can't find an old tax record or where it was bought. i think in a way it means that i have to show compassion for myself instead of working my sell sick.
my friend david called. he is a lawyer and recruits lawyers. he has been going through a horrible physical time. he is so nice.
